Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Completed Work: CL Solutions does not offer refunds for services that have been successfully performed according to our service standards. Once a technician has completed the fryer cleaning, oil filtration, or change-out service at the client’s place of business, the service fee is considered earned and non-refundable.

  • Service Guarantee: If you believe a service was performed incorrectly or fails to meet professional standards, you must report the specific issue to CL Solutions within 24 hours of the service date.

  • Remedy Process: In the event of a valid service deficiency reported within the 24-hour window, CL Solutions’ sole obligation will be to dispatch a technician to inspect and, if necessary, rectify the work at no additional charge.

  • Disputes: Fees are based on the dispatch of equipment and labor to your location. Filing a dispute or chargeback for services already rendered and completed may result in the suspension of future maintenance visits.
